Acuvim IIR Power & Energy Meter with Datalogging

Acuvim IIR power meter is a revenue grade power meter with on-board datalogging that can be used to meter & monitor power consumption at electrical panels and energy consuming devices or systems. It offers a wide array of communications options and standard MODBUS communications via a built-in RS485 port. This meter can also be used in conjunction with the free Acuview PC software for remote communications and control.
Since the Acuvim IIR is 0.2% accuracy and meets the ANSI C12.20 standard for revenue grade meters so it can also be used for tenant sub-metering applications.
With so many features for the low price, the Acuvim IIR offers unbeatable value.
Measurements
Acuvim IIR power meters can be used on any single or three phase electrical system up to 600V AC. Measurement parameters include volts, amps, frequency, power (apparent, active, reactive) & energy, power factor, peak demand, run time, THD and individual harmonics on both voltage and current to the 63rd harmonic.
In addition, Acuvim IIR power meters support four quadrant energy, showing total power, import, export and net power with 0.2% accuracy.
Communications
There are four optional field upgradeable plug-in communications modules for the Acuvim IIR power meter. These modules include analog I/O ports, digital I/O ports, Ethernet, or relays.
The table below shows which input/outputs are available on which modules:
In addition, there are three communication modules for the Acuvim IIR - AXM-PROFI for PROFIBUS communication, AXM-NET for ethernet communications and the AXM-RS485 for an additional MODBUS RS485 communication port.
The Ethernet communications module enables MODBUS communication over Ethernet, plus offers configurable email alarms/alerts and a built-in web server for real-time data access through an Internet browser.
A total of 3 external modules can be stacked and used together with each Acuvim IIR meter. All modules are self-detecting and can be configured through the display or through Acuview Software.
Software
Acuvim IIR models are compatible with Acuview Software and communicate via MODBUS communications protocol using either the built-in RS485 serial port or the optional AXM-NET Ethernet Module. Acuview Software enables remote meter access for real-time monitoring and local PC-based datalogging. You can download a demo copy of Acuview software - instructions for installing and using the demo software are in this PDF document.

Limits can be set for up to 16 indicated parameters and can be set with a specified time interval. If any input of the indicated parameters is over or under its setting limit and persists over the specified time interval, the event will be recorded with time stamps and trigger the Alarm DO output. The 16 indicated parameters can be selected from any of the 44 parameters available.I/O option module
The E-module® technique was adopted for its flexibility and easy expansion of the I/O function of Acuvim II. A maximum of 3 modules can be used for one meter. Digital input, digital output, pulse output, relay output, analog input and analog output are provided by I/O option module.Communication
