What does 'in stock' mean?

An item can be marked as 'in stock' if a product is located in one or more of our warehouses. For configurated products, an item may be marked as in stock if one or more of the most popular configurations are in stock.

Stock levels are updated at least once per hour. Consequently, an item marked as 'in stock' does not guarantee that the item is still available between updates.

If you purchase an item that is not marked as 'in stock', you can continue to place your order online and you will be advised of lead time on that product within one business day. You may cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping for a full refund.

What is Free Shipping?

This item qualifies for free shipping. Free shipping is for UPS Ground service (only) for customers located within the mainland United States only. (This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international countries (including Canada).
